Autoimmune Conditions

Natural, evidence-informed support for women living with chronic immune challenges

Your Immune System Is Talking.

Let’s Work Out What It’s Trying To Say

Living with an autoimmune condition can feel like your body has turned against you.

You may have bounced between specialists, taken medications that help but don’t solve everything, or been told “you’ll just have to live with it.”

You might be feeling:

  • Frustrated by flare-ups and unpredictable symptoms

  • Unsure which advice to follow (especially online)

  • Like you’re managing one issue only to have another emerge

I’m passionate about supporting women with autoimmune conditions using a personalised naturopathic approach that looks at your whole body, not just your diagnosis.

The goal is to reduce symptoms, regulate immune function and give you back a sense of control.

There’s No One-Size-Fits-All Plan.

And That’s the Point

Autoimmunity is complex. While there may be a shared diagnosis, no two people experience the same symptoms, triggers or responses. That’s why I start with your story and work outwards, not the other way around.

Whether you’ve been newly diagnosed or are years into your condition, we can explore a plan that supports your body gently, holistically and in a way that aligns with what you need right now.

Conditions I Commonly Support

I work with a range of autoimmune presentations, including but not limited to:

Naturopathic Support for Autoimmune Disease

My approach includes four key areas of focus:

  • Together we work to identify what’s driving your flare-ups — whether it’s diet, stress, sleep, hormonal shifts or environmental exposures. Sometimes, subtle patterns are hiding in plain sight.

  • Through nutrition, supplementation, and herbal support, we target systemic inflammation gently and effectively. This can help calm overactive immune responses and reduce symptom severity.

  • Autoimmunity rarely exists in isolation. I support nervous system regulation, digestive function, liver detox pathways, nutrient absorption and hormonal harmony — all of which play a role in immune health.

  • Chronic conditions are hard. Emotionally, physically and mentally. Our sessions are a place for understanding and practical support. You won’t be rushed. You’ll be heard.

Functional Testing for Autoimmune Support

Sometimes, the full picture isn’t visible through standard medical testing. Where needed, I may recommend targeted functional tests to assess:

  • Gut health and microbiome status

  • Food intolerances or sensitivities

  • Adrenal stress and cortisol rhythm

  • Nutrient and mineral deficiencies

  • Inflammatory markers and immune function

This is never compulsory. Testing is only suggested when it will meaningfully inform treatment.

Natural Treatments, Grounded in Science

Autoimmune support is not about choosing between natural medicine and conventional care. It’s about integrating both where appropriate, so you can feel confident in every step you take.

Your personalised treatment plan may include:

  • Anti-inflammatory diet recommendations

  • Individualised herbal medicine formulas

  • Practitioner-grade supplements chosen with care

  • Lifestyle strategies to support rest, resilience and rhythm

  • Education about what’s happening and why it matters

I work with you to ensure everything in your plan is practical, sustainable and aligned with your comfort level.
