Natural, personalised support for women navigating hormonal change with clarity and confidence

You’re Not Losing It.

You’re Just in Perimenopause.

If you’ve been feeling unlike yourself lately, it might not be in your head, it might be your hormones.

You might be:

  • Exhausted no matter how much you sleep

  • Gaining weight around your middle without changing your diet

  • Snapping at people, crying for no reason, or feeling flat

  • Waking in the night soaked in sweat

  • Dealing with anxiety, itchy skin, dry eyes, or brain fog

I’m here to help women understand the changes happening in their body during perimenopause and menopause — and create practical, natural strategies to feel more like themselves again.

You Deserve More Than “It’s Just Your Age”

Too many women are dismissed, under-supported or simply given a prescription without proper education. But midlife isn’t the end of your vitality. It’s the beginning of a new phase - one that can be managed with the right care.

When you understand what’s changing and why, it becomes easier to take action and feel in control again.

What’s the Difference Between Perimenopause and Menopause?

Perimenopause is the 4 to 10 years before your final period. Hormones fluctuate significantly, and symptoms often come and go unpredictably.

Menopause is officially defined as 12 months after your last period. At this point, oestrogen and progesterone levels have dropped and symptoms can continue — though they often change in character.

Symptoms may include:

  • Hot flushes and night sweats

  • Mood changes and irritability

  • Weight gain, especially around the abdomen

  • Brain fog, poor memory or loss of focus

  • Fatigue and low motivation

  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort

  • Anxiety, palpitations or restlessness

  • Irregular cycles or heavy bleeding

  • Joint pain and poor recovery

Whether you’re in early perimenopause or well into menopause, your experience is valid — and support is available.

Can I Still Work With You If I’m on HRT?

What You’ll Never Hear From Me

  1. “You just have to put up with it.”

  2. “This is just what happens when you get older.

  3. “There’s nothing you can do.”

Instead, you’ll hear:

  • “Let’s look at what’s going on.”

  • “Here’s what’s happening — and here’s why.”

  • “Here’s what we can try next.”

You’ll leave every session with a plan, a purpose and the support to keep going.
